No. If you can click a mouse, you can use CocoCut. It's all self-contained in the extension — no extra software or complicated setup. Just install and go.

For videos that are hard to detect, Recording Mode captures the video as it plays on your screen. It's slower, but it works for difficult sites.

Not yet, but we're working on it! Playlist downloading is one of our most requested features. In the meantime, our other product,CocoFetch, already supports playlist downloads.
Browser extensions don't work well on mobile devices. For now, CocoCut is only for desktop browsers. But we're considering a mobile app for the future.
You don't have to do anything! Your browser will automatically update CocoCut whenever we release a new version with bug fixes or new features.
